At Eons Fashion Antique, we aim to provide a straightforward, secure checkout experience for every customer. This Payment Policy explains the payment methods available for purchases, how payments are authorized and processed, how refunds are issued, and the measures we use to help protect payment information.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

For online orders, we accept the secure payment methods presented at checkout. Depending on your device, location, and payment provider, available methods may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other supported digital-wallet options. The checkout page displays the methods available for your order before you submit payment.

For purchases made at our Pittsburgh store, we accept cash and the card or contactless payment methods available at the point of sale. If you need to confirm whether a particular payment method is available before visiting, please contact us.

All prices on the Site are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card or account uses another currency, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider determines the exchange rate and may charge a foreign-transaction fee. Eons Fashion Antique does not control those fees.

2. Payment Authorization and Order Acceptance

When you place an online order, the payment provider may first authorize the order total to confirm that funds are available. For most orders, payment is captured when the order is placed so that we can reserve the selected item. This is particularly important for vintage and one-of-a-kind merchandise, which may not be available for a second purchase once sold.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refund an order when payment cannot be authorized, required information is incomplete, an item is no longer available, a pricing or listing error has occurred, or fraud-prevention review cannot be completed. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

3. Payment Security and Data Protection

Protecting payment information is important to us. The Site uses encrypted connections for checkout, and payment-card transactions are handled through secure third-party payment processors. Eons Fashion Antique does not store full payment-card numbers, expiration dates, or card-security codes on its own systems.

Payment processors are responsible for handling and safeguarding the payment information submitted through their services. Their processing activities are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Please review the payment provider’s information if you have questions about its specific security practices.

4. Taxes, Duties, and Other Charges

For U.S. orders, applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and relevant legal requirements. Any tax we are required to collect will be shown before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, brokerage charges, and other destination-related fees may be assessed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, those charges are not included in the product or shipping price and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Fraud Prevention and Verification

To protect customers and our business, transactions may be reviewed for possible fraud or unauthorized use. A review may be triggered by factors such as mismatched billing and shipping details, unusual purchasing patterns, or information that cannot be verified.

If an order requires verification, we may contact you by email or phone to confirm the purchase. We may delay shipment, request additional verification, or cancel and refund the order if we cannot confirm that the transaction is legitimate. To reduce the chance of delay, please make sure that your billing address matches the address on file with your payment provider.

6. Refunds and Payment Disputes

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Once processed by Eons Fashion Antique, the time for funds to appear on your statement is controlled by the payment provider or bank and is generally 3–7 business days.

If you do not recognize a charge from Eons Fashion Antique or believe a transaction was made in error, please contact us promptly before initiating a payment dispute. We will review the order details and work in good faith to resolve the matter. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
