These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of eonsfashionantique.com (the “Site”), our physical store, and any purchase of products or services from Eons Fashion Antique. 1. Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting, browsing, creating an account on, or purchasing from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any product-specific disclosures presented before purchase. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

You represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement or that you are using the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your use of the Site.

4. Products, Vintage Condition, and Product Information

Eons Fashion Antique offers vintage clothing, accessories, and select contemporary merchandise. Many vintage items are pre-owned and one of a kind. Natural signs of age, use, patina, variation, repaired areas, and other condition characteristics may be present. We strive to identify and disclose material condition details through descriptions and photographs; however, reasonable vintage characteristics that are clearly described or visible in the listing are not defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display item colors, measurements, sizing, condition, materials, and other details accurately. Screen settings, lighting, and individual measurement methods can cause minor variation. Please review the complete product description, photographs, stated measurements, and condition notes before purchasing. If you need additional information, contact us before placing an order.

5. Availability, Pricing, and Listing Errors

All products are offered subject to availability. Because much of our inventory is unique, an item may sell out quickly or become unavailable due to an in-store sale, inventory adjustment, or other event. Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve it until the order is accepted and payment has been successfully processed.

Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep product listings accurate, but errors involving price, description, condition, availability, or other information may occur. We reserve the right to correct an error and, if necessary, cancel an affected order and refund the amount paid. If this happens, we will use the contact information provided with the order to notify you when reasonably practicable.

6. Orders, Accounts, and Customer Information

When placing an order or creating an account, you agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where we reasonably believe the order involves an error, inventory issue, fraud risk, unauthorized resale, or other violation of these Terms. We do not accept an order until payment is successfully authorized and we send confirmation or otherwise begin fulfillment.

7. Payment Terms

Payments are subject to our Payment Policy and the terms of the payment method selected at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that your billing information is accurate. We may perform reasonable verification checks before shipping an order.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you submit your order. If your purchase is international, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, or charges imposed by the destination country, unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping methods, processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, address requirements, and damaged-delivery procedures are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs, and other events outside our control.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the address supplied at checkout. Risk of loss and title pass to you as provided by applicable law and carrier terms, subject to the remedies in our Shipping Policy for confirmed damage or fulfillment errors.

9. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy controls return eligibility, the 14-day return-request window, return conditions, final-sale treatment, refund timelines, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and cancellation requests. By purchasing from Eons Fashion Antique, you agree to review and follow that policy.

Many items are one of a kind, so a replacement may not be available. An approved return may therefore be resolved through a refund rather than an exchange. Product pages may identify item-specific conditions that apply in addition to the Return & Refund Policy.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Site or our services to engage in unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive conduct. This includes using the Site to submit false information, interfere with Site security, introduce malicious code, access accounts or systems without permission, violate intellectual-property rights, scrape content in a way that burdens the Site, or place orders using payment information that you are not authorized to use.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eons Fashion Antique will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or legally protected consumer rights.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eons Fashion Antique and its representatives, service providers, and personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, infringement of another person’s rights, or unlawful conduct.

17. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the laws of your place of residence require a different result. Any dispute that may lawfully be brought in court will be brought in an appropriate court located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring the matter elsewhere.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of an update means that you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Terms, together with the policies and product-specific disclosures incorporated by reference, form the complete agreement between you and Eons Fashion Antique regarding the Site and purchases made through it, except where another written agreement expressly states otherwise.
